210-Liter Gas Water Heater – Model A “Aramesh”

This is a Type B11 gas water heater and must only be installed in a location approved in the building’s gas installation plan and verified by a supervising engineer. It must be placed in a separate, well-ventilated area away from residential spaces. Before installation, ensure compatibility with the local gas distribution system (gas type and pressure), carefully read the manual, and use an authorized service technician for installation and initial commissioning.

The unit must be installed on a stable, non-flammable surface, and no flammable materials should be placed nearby. Compliance with National Standard 580 for gas appliance installation and national building regulations is mandatory.

It must be mounted on a solid, level base. Wall-mounted versions must be fixed to a strong wall capable of supporting the load. The flue system must be installed safely, ensuring accessibility and no risk to people or property.

Safety Distances:

• Minimum distance from flammable materials: 45 cm (sides), 75 cm (top)

• Minimum distance between flue and flammable materials: 50 cm

• Minimum room volume: 1 m³ per 177 kcal/h energy consumption

• The space must be ventilated and not airtight

• Do not install in areas exposed to freezing or strong wind

• A proper floor drain must be available

• Installation of safety valve (thermal & pressure), check valve, and draft hood is required

• Safety valve must be checked monthly

• Direct connection of the safety valve outlet to sewage is not allowed

Gas & Installation Notes:

• Shut-off valves must be installed on inlet and outlet pipes

• Reinforced gas hoses up to 120 cm must be used

• Hoses must be checked regularly for leaks or damage

• Gas pressure: 20 mbar (Group 2H)

• For liquid gas, a certified regulator (1500 g/h – 32 mbar) is required

In Case of Gas Leakage:

• Immediately close the main gas valve

• Do not operate electrical switches or open flames

• Ventilate the area

• Evacuate if necessary

Chimney Requirements:

• Must be independent and compliant with building codes

• Minimum height: 1.5 m

• Must extend at least 1 meter above roof level

• Must be clean and unobstructed before operation

Operation Instructions:

1. Turn knob to pilot position (*) and hold ignition

2. Activate main burner after pilot stabilizes

3. Turn knob to OFF position to stop operation
